Bakers
We are constantly seeking qualified bakers with experience in mixing, ovens, hand moulding and sourdough
Bakers Assistants
Patisserie students are welcome to apply as bakers assistants working shifts of up to 20hrs
Apprentices
We welcome aprentices (1st-4th year) who are diligent and determined. Applicants should be willing to complete the duration of the term of their apprentiship
Drivers
Drivers operate as sub-contractors working night shifts 6 days a week. Applicants must have their own vehicle. Only mature, self-motivated applicants deemed reliable will be considered. This position necessitates a reasonable amount of self-supervision.
School Holiday Work
Students are welcome to apply for evening shifts for slicing work between 6-10pm. Applicants must be over 15, student rates apply.
